These Heavy-Duty, Fully-Adjustable Steel Hook Attachments Are Designed To Preload/Overload The Eccentric Portion Of A Lift, Creating Greater Explosiveness On The Concentric End. The Base Portion Of Each Unit Can Be Loaded With Standard Olympic Plates, Then Set At One Of 15 Height Positions Using The Telescoping, Lock-In Pin System (Adjustable From 28.75 49.75 Overall). This Means You Can Quickly Adjust The Weight Releasers For Both Squatting And Benching Use, And For Athletes Of Any Size.

As The User Reaches The Bottom Of Their Range Of Movement, And The Weight Touches The Ground, The Hooks Will Safely “Release” Off Of The Barbell, Cutting The Resistance And Enabling The User To Complete The Lift. The Hooks Include 0.5 Thick Uhmw Plastic On Each Side To Protect The Sleeve Of Your Bar From Damage During Attachment And Release.
